Should your purchase be damaged during shipping, please contact our customer care department at OliverFragranceCo@gmail.com. In the event that an item breaks or is damaged during shipment, we will replace it.
Non-damaged returns, refunds, and replacements for up to 30 days only.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
