Check your order carefully when it arrives. We thoroughly inspect all of our products before they are shipped. 

Should your purchase be damaged during shipping, please contact our customer care department at OliverFragranceCo@gmail.com. In the event that an item breaks or is damaged during shipment, we will replace it.

 

Non-damaged returns, refunds, and replacements

Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Every new order at Oliver Co.  will be shipped as soon as possible. Our wholesale and retail shipping policies are below.

Wholesale Shipping and Handling:

Shipment costs are determined by weight.

Retail shipping:
Allow 2-5 business days for processing.

 

GROUND SHIPPING:

Delivery requires a physical street address.

Orders shipping UPS Ground may take 3-5 business days to process before shipping.

• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• The day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve Day
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve Day
• New Year’s Day

During a holiday or weekend, can I order?
Orders placed over the weekend are delivered the following Monday. Order confirmation may take 2-3 days.
Some holidays will be closed at Oliver Co. . In these cases, orders will not be processed until the next business day.

 

WHOLESALE SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our Oklahoma City facility ships all orders via UPS Monday - Friday.
Shipping times vary based on product availability.
We try to limit our time spent in warmer climates, particularly during the summer months. Shipping candles over a weekend in summer is impossible. Shipping may be delayed without notice by  Oliver Co. 
Oliver Co. ships only to residential or business addresses.

 

Diffuser 1 yr Limited Warranty 

From the date of purchase, Oliver Co.  warrants your device/s against defects in materials or workmanship.

Within the warranty period, Oliver Co. will repair or replace your Device free of charge. To service this warranty, a new or reconditioned device may be required. A replacement device will have a 1 year warranty from the date of shipment. Oliver Co. covers shipping costs for authorized returns.  Shipping to us is the customer's responsibility. 

Any damage to your HVAC unit is not our responsibility.

Devices operated in the United States are covered by this warranty. Rights that vary from state to state under this warranty.

LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. Depending on the state or province of purchase, some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

All warranties are void if you buy diffusing oil from an unauthorized source.

 

OTHER LIMITATIONS

ANY OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY, WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXCLUDED. Any implied warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is expressly limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Depending on your state of purchase, you may not be able to limit how long an implied warranty lasts.
